We are a small group of committed adult educators and facilitators who have long experience in peace conflict situations, and we work with respect and with compassion.
We create open safe spaces for the purposes of listening and learning and building relationships and partnerships.
We bring a range of expertise to the business including skills in transformational leadership development, innovative collaborative design, peacebuilding methodologies, refugee and migrant support methodologies, cross cultural awareness, and expertise in facilitating dialogue and difficult conversations for communities in conflict, or emerging from conflict.
