Many triumphs and tragedies befell our networks in 2011, here is a brief recap:
Our partner organisations in the Pacific secured several grants to assist in their CSO mandates, and we congratulate all the people who put a mammoth effort in to collaboratively design some incredible programs!
We supported each other though some very sad times this year, with the loss of loved ones and seeing illness take hold of our closest colleague. Much thanks goes to the kindness and understanding from all our friends as we recover.
A number of one off training sessions for Peaceworks’ consultants and invited guests brought us all up to speed on some very important principles in Do No Harm methodologies. This combined knowledge helps to ensure we understand the impact of our work in the field.
Articles and presentations were also written and shown throughout the year, and Peaceworks continued to build on the strengths of a remarkable year of opportunities.
