from our post: 2010 happenings
this is a small grab of some of the things that happened in 2010!
We have been relaxing for the first month of this year but are now gearing up for a busy year.
First up is the development of new certificates in strategic peacebuilding which we are in the process of co-designing. When they come online they will offer professionals a chance to link up with other professionals working in the field of peacebuilding and share and compare approaches and learnings. Watch the peaceworks space for more news as it gets developed.

In late 2009 we successfully completed our Sudan to Tamworth project and the video clips are available for viewing under this link http://vimeo.com/videos/search:SVM
We were delighted with the outcome of the project as were our Sudanese friends and participants.
Our Ghana Peaceworks Director, Quassy Adjapawn, has just had a book published about the conflict in Northern Ghana and the potential solutions. you can contact Quassy at Quassy.peacework@gmail.com for more details and a copy.
We are working in many places this year:
Sri Lanka in March
Fiji in April
London in June and
Check out the Eastern Mennonite University Summer Peacebuilding Institute at http://www.emu.edu/cjp/pti/spi/courses/ because Rebecca will be teaching a course there with Koila Costello Olson, the director of our partner organisation the Pacific Centre for Peacebuilding. Our course runs from June 14-18 and is called Transforming Social Narratives to Build Peace.
