Regional Development Australia happenings
Members of the team with our colleague from Starfish Enterprises, Adam Blakester, have been busy assisting the Regional Development Australia ( Northern Inland) team prepare their Regional Development Plan for the next five years. Mick and Rebecca facilitated a series of community planning dialogues with communities around the region to ascertain assets, priorities and next steps. Mick facilitated 19 in all ( Rebecca did 3 and Adam the other 16) and the outcomes of these fed into the final plan. Rebecca consolidated the key messages from 28 local government, catchment management and other local plans which also fed into the final document.

Fiji, Regional NSW and beyond
Hi, after a big break, an update.
WE have been busy working with Regional Development Australia Northern Inland Region with community planning dialogues and strategic planning. This has involved travel to small communities to hear their ideas about how to progress their priorities.
We have also been working in Fiji and are about to return there.
The social narratives course at the Summer Peacebuilding Institute went extremely well thanks to the amazing and wonderful participants who are at the cutting edge of peacebuilding.
We are still in the process of developing our certificates in peacebuilding and leadership for turbulent times and they are progressing well and we are in negotiations with a regional TAFE campus – more on that later…….
